I wanted to bring some issues to your attention that I ask you to share with your managers and other executive personnel:
1) VEHICLE – The vehicle you provided exceeded all expectations in reference to cleanliness, technology (I plugged my iPhone into your iPod interface and played all my music during our cocktail hour), and style.
2) DRIVER – Byron Jennings was a true professional for the entire 12 hour period he was with us. He saw to our every need, was courteous, polite, and understated. He displayed extraordinary expertise in getting us to our venue in a timely manner, in spite of an unannounced “War Protest Rally” in San Francisco that closed many streets and necessitated him finding alternate routes.
3) TOTAL EXPERIENCE – You have a customer for life! I, my wife, and our entire party owe a large part of our enjoyment of our special day to your company and, more specifically, to our driver, Byron. Please see that a commendation is placed in his personnel file; I would request him by name as long as he is your employee.
